LaGrange home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in LaGrange fell by $134,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 47.5% decrease over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in LaGrange in November 2016.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,056, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
