Sheffield home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Sheffield fell by $94,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,500 - a 39.4% decrease over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheffield in November 2016.
