Columbia Station home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Columbia Station rose by $83,850 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,900 - a 107.4% increase over the $78,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Columbia Station in November 2016.
