Amherst home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Amherst rose by $7,050 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $132,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Amherst in October 2016.
