Avon home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Avon rose by $137,700 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,700 - a 98.4% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Avon in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,601, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
