Oberlin home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Oberlin fell by $31,750 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 26.4% decrease over the $120,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Oberlin in September 2016.
