Amherst home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Amherst rose by $16,065 while total sales increased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,900 - a 12.5% increase over the $128,835 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Amherst in September 2016.
