Vermilion home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Vermilion fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 275%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 2.4% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Vermilion in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Vermilion for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,212, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
