Amherst home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Amherst fell by $10,050 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,450 - a 6.3% decrease over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Amherst in August 2016.
