Elyria home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Elyria fell by $6,600 while total sales increased by 251.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,000 - a 7.4% decrease over the $89,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Elyria in June 2016.
