Oberlin home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Oberlin fell by $32,900 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 19.4% decrease over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oberlin in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,304, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
