Wellington home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Wellington rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 12.2% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wellington in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Wellington for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,301, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
