Avon home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Avon rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 205.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Avon in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,601, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
