Columbia Station home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Columbia Station rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Columbia Station in May 2016.
