LaGrange home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in LaGrange rose by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,250 - a 0.9% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in LaGrange in May 2016.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,056, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
