Oberlin home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Oberlin rose by $32,825 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,825 - a 53.8% increase over the $61,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oberlin in April 2016.
