LaGrange home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in LaGrange fell by $68,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 30.8% decrease over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in LaGrange in April 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,056, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
