Oberlin home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Oberlin rose by $60,950 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,450 - a 100.7% increase over the $60,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oberlin in March 2016.
