Sheffield home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Sheffield fell by $58,200 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,750 - a 29.6% decrease over the $196,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheffield in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,338, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
