St. Clair home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in St. Clair rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $102,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Clair in June 2018.
