Madison Township home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Madison Township fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 30.6% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Madison Township in June 2018.
