Fairfield home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Fairfield fell by $35,100 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 21.3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Fairfield in June 2018.
