Ross home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Ross rose by $52,550 while total sales increased by 183.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $148,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ross in June 2018.
