Oxford home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Oxford rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 4% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Oxford in June 2018.
