Trenton home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Trenton fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Trenton in May 2018.
