Morgan home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Morgan rose by $134,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,000 - a 178.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Morgan in May 2018, as well.
