Fairfield Township home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Fairfield Township rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,250 - a 8.7% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Fairfield Township in May 2018.
