Hanover Township home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $26,450 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,450 - a 19.6% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Hanover Township in April 2018.
