Morgan home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Morgan fell by $69,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 29.6% decrease over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Morgan in April 2018.
