Fairfield Township home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Fairfield Township rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Fairfield Township in April 2018.
