Liberty Township home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Liberty Township rose by $9,941 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,425 - a 3.6% increase over the $277,484 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Liberty Township in April 2018.
