St. Clair home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in St. Clair fell by $34,608 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,393 - a 40.7% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Clair in March 2018.
