Liberty Township home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Liberty Township fell by $20,250 while total sales increased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,750 - a 7.7% decrease over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Liberty Township in March 2018.
