Ross home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Ross fell by $157,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,000 - a 41% decrease over the $383,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ross in March 2018.
