Oxford home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Oxford rose by $51,100 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,100 - a 26.2% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Oxford in March 2018.
