Hamilton home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Hamilton rose by $20,450 while total sales decreased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 38.2% increase over the $53,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Hamilton in February 2018.
