Fairfield home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Fairfield rose by $28,200 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,450 - a 21.8% increase over the $129,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Fairfield in February 2018.
