Hanover Township home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 39.1% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hanover Township in February 2018.
