Oxford home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Oxford fell by $9,550 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,950 - a 5% decrease over the $189,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oxford in February 2018.
