Liberty Township home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Liberty Township rose by $3,050 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $238,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Liberty Township in February 2018.
