Middletown home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Middletown rose by $6,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 65 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,900 - a 9.9% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Middletown in January 2018, as well.
