Hanover Township home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Hanover Township fell by $48,075 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,500 - a 31.5% decrease over the $152,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hanover Township in January 2018.
