Madison Township home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Madison Township rose by $16,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Madison Township in January 2018, as well.
