Oxford home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Oxford fell by $12,900 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,600 - a 7.3% decrease over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oxford in January 2018.
