Monroe home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Monroe rose by $35,250 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,250 - a 23.5% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Monroe in January 2018.
