Liberty Township home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Liberty Township rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $223,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Liberty Township in January 2018.
