Milford home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Milford fell by $55,800 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,200 - a 20.6% decrease over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Milford in August 2017.
