Hamilton home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Hamilton rose by $13,100 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Hamilton in July 2017.
