Ross home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Ross rose by $72,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 52.7% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Ross in July 2017.
