St. Clair home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in St. Clair rose by $76,150 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,750 - a 286.3% increase over the $26,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Clair in June 2017.
